Made from delicious west Cornwall milk, Trewavas cheese is a sea salty hard cheese with tangy citrus flavours made on the Cornish coast as a nod to the miners of Wheal Trewavas.

Matured for a month, this light and delicate cheese offers something different to other cheese and is a fantastic addition to any cheese board.
We like to enjoy Trewavas with crackers, a nice apply chutney and glass of prosecco, but feel free to enjoy it however you like.
It can also work well with light lagers or IPA’s, as well as Pinot Grigio.
Trewavas can be kept in the fridge for up to a month after production, provided it is wrapped in greaseproof / deli paper Just remember to take it out of the fridge for around a hour and let it get up to room temperature before eating / using.
